Dreams - Chester

We had visited other stores before 'finding' Dreams, with negative attitudes towards our needs. Graeme immediately understood the situation and produced the ideal mattress we wanted. We had come from North Wales with a trailer in tow, needed to cart a mattress home. The urgency was -- I had a severe bout of sciatic/ back pain, and was advised to replace my 'comfy' mattress! Which I can say has helped enormously. Did not want to wait 10+ days for delivery!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Found exactly what we wanted and are very pleased it's only going to take 1 week to arrive. We had a slight problem with the finance as the finance company called my house while I was sitting in your store. Other than that, I can't wait until next Friday.

We were served by a new member of staff, called Becky.Although she told us she had only been working at the store for a week, she had a very good understanding of the various beds and mattresses. The staff overall were friendly and helpful.

No problems, in purchase and out in 30 minutes. Service excellent.

Me and my partner were so happy with the service we received off Graeme today. As soon as we walked in he was attentive and once we explained he knew exactly what we wanted! We were there for about 30 minutes so everything was extremely quick! He even let our little boy use the toilet which was a huge help. A big thank you again to Graeme for his service today. Highly satisfied and happy we came when there was a sale on too!

Products available were exactly what we were looking for, and the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff made the experience easy

We visited the store in Chester and Emma served us. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with a big warm welcoming smile. She was extremely helpful and made our visit very pleasant. We had a lovely cup of coffee while trying out the products before we decided on what we wanted. We were very impressed with the knowledge and help Emma gave us. We are really happy with our purchases and would definitely recommend the company.

We were served by a young gentleman who was very polite and gave us good advice, he fetched pillows for us to ensure we had the best experience whilst choosing our new mattress. He could not have done more to improve the experiance
