Got a bed i needed

Very positive from the start. Lots of attention and no over the top sell.

We had help from a lovely assistant Graeme at the Greyhound Park store in Chester; he explained the mattress colour coding to us and then allowed me and my husband to wonder around at our leisure. After we had made our choice, Graeme was incredibly helpful and efficient in assisting us in completing our purchase

Emma was fantastic and was so easy and quick !!!

Rebecca was very good at showing us all the products and giving the right amount of attention without being too pushy

staff were very friendly and very helpful, it was made very easy.

Staff were very knowledgeable about the products and helped us buy a bed , headboard, pillows, quilt etc.

We were served by one of your staff named Jake who was friendly, professional and a good communicator. He could not have been more helpful and is a good advert for your company.

The salesman gave us time to look round the store after explaining the different types of mattress available.

Staff were really friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. they simply asked us what we wanted and then provided that. customer service was good, was really pleased I didn't have to wait around to speak to a member of staff.
