We were greeted in a friendly manner and great customer service throughout the sale.

Emma the assistant was very polite, knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for her she answered every question we had and explained everything really well. Both me and my partner have worked in retail over the last 17 years plus and have high standards of customer service and she fulfilled them fully. A big well done to Emma.

Nice friendly man with good advice.

We came to the store looking for two beds + mattresses and a third mattress for a bed at home. We spent approx 5 minutes browsing before we were approached by a member of staff, asking if he could be of assistance. Didn't realise it at the time but it was the store manager. We discussed our wish list and from that point were 'treated' to a full and thorough explanation of the options available to us. We were given time to discuss things between ourselves before we concluded our order. All done without pressure and even a coffee thrown in! Very pleased and happy to recommend to family and friends. Thank you.
