THe Manage Graeme was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the purchase of the bed and mattress very easy.

I saw how helpful the team were in training the new store assistant that was dealing with us. The store assistant was lovely and very helpful and as we were entitled to a discount it was nice to see that he was supported by his colleagues as he learnt how to do this. He had not done this type of paperwork before.

We visited the dreams store in Chester on Wednesday we were greeted by Vinny the sales guy, we explained we had a budget ,and that we were going to be homeless by Xmas we have no furniture what so ever and we have a daughter with autism , Vinny couldn't have been more helpful to get us the best deal possible

We weren't hassled, just offered help when we asked for it, then left alone to browse when we wanted to. We were offered tea/coffee which was a nice touch, too.

Great interpretation of problems and therefore indentification of needs by staff. Good recommendations in particular pillows and have had a great nights sleep on the ones recommended. Quick to sort out confusion over order. Becky was super efficient and friendly.
