Vinny was extremely helpful, offering us information to help us make our choices whilst also giving us space and time to consider our options.

The chap, Vinny who served us was knowledgeable and was not over pushy to make a sale which we appreciated.

Emma was very helpful in explaining the layout of the store and how the beds were colour coded. She also explained the differences in the mattress types so that we could choose correctly.

We were made to feel comfortable and not under any obligation to purchase even though Becky spent a considerable amount of time with us. This enabled us to make an informed decsion without being under any pressure.

Emma was fantastic after visiting the store previously she remembered our faces and immediately was there to help us. She understood what we were looking for and gave some great advice. There was no pressure and she made is feel at ease. Such a lovely person to talk to and always immediately offered us a hot drink! Greatly appreciated with a 13 month old daughter and all these early mornings!!
