Great assistance and great work done by the employee at achieving the best price as possible as we are moving into our first home and had a budget to work with. Will highly recommend and definitely be back in the future.

Graham was extremely helpful and patient with us. He even made us a cup of coffee upon our return from deliberating over lunch! His knowledge of the products was impeccable and the staff were all friendly and well presented.

Graeme who was the gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful from the minute we walked through the door but did not pressurise us. Looked into different options of mattresses for us

Vinny was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of his time.

My husband and I visited Dreams will little experience of the different mattresses available. Vinny explained clearly what the different mattresses types were and he even made us a coffee!

I entered the shop looking for a specific type of Bed and was browsing through, when James came up and asked if I needed anything, I asked him about a particular product and he gave me all the details, I then asked where the Divans were and he gave me a full brief of where they were. I took a look upstairs and James again was there to assist. His knowledge was excellent and he was very helpful in advising the Pricing system and also gave different options as to what I was looking for. He was very patient and made me feel as though it was all about the bed I was choosing not just the amount of money that would be made out of the service. He was very clear throughout the process and was very clear in all the information when putting the process through. The service was excellent and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. I usually come out of shops unsure of purchases that I make, I did not this time!

Ready availability of knowledgeable assistance. Friendly and attentive approach but allowing us plenty of time to make our choice. Wide availability of choice of mattress types and price range. Smoothness of ordering procedure. Acceptable delivery date.

We had already looked online and found the bed frame we wanted and the assistant, Rebecca was very helpful as the frame itself wasn't available in store for us to view. She ran through all the options for us on the mattresses as we were unsure what we wanted and she gave us an opportunity to try them all out without pressuring us in any way. Very pleasant experience all round.
