Advice was simple and concise and at no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase that day. A specific price saving was offered to us once the assistant had listened to our preferences.

We had excellent help and product information from Becky in the Chester branch, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and made it very easy for us to choose a suitable mattress. Altogether a very good experience.

our assistant,Vinny, was knowledgeable & helpful without hassling us unduly. he had all the information we needed at his fingertips & once we had decided he processed our order efficiently even when we adde extra items at the last minute. EXCELLENT!

We had three bedrooms to fit out and the last time we bought a bed was 17 years ago, the assistant put us on the right track and let us try as many beds as possible, in fact we even got a cup of tea. Our goods haven't been delivered yet but I'm hoping that the service from now on is as good as the service in the store, I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Really pleased with the service. We went in with our 2 children (5 and 3) and had left Bensons for Beds as they didn't offer any assistance. 2 of your team tag teamed us- one got our children drinks and to a tv to watch (Becky) whilst the other told us about all of the options available and put our order through-we hadn't got to the £500 for the interest free credit so James showed us some additional products to add to the order (James). Really pleased with the service thank you, will definitely recommend and shop with you again in the near future

Sales person knew what I wanted and didn't push me towards something I didn't. Quick and friendly service.

James was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The range was great. We tried several beds, James fetched pillows for us to simulate correct sleep posture. Everything was highly satisfactory even down to the cup of tea he made for us.

Spent a while in store and Becky answered all our questions and helped us make the decision of which bed and mattress to buy

There was a good selection of mattresses clearly marked with their specifications. Assistance and information was available from staff who were helpful and courteous. There was no sales pressure and we were able to wander round on our own to come to a decision. The coffee offered was of a high standard!
