We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store without being pressured and after being asked what we might be looking for, were guided in the right direction, given some advice and allowed to look at our leisure.

You provided the best explanation of the differences between mattresses that we have ever come across. Your simple colour classification ended a two year search for a bed having been 'blinded by science' at other stores. Thank you

On arrival greeted and asked if needed help, we refused help but we were not hassled by a pushy sales man. Offered a drink and assistance tea arrived and we were left to browse at our conveniance. We felt comfortable in the store at all times and new if we needed help there was somebody there at all times, for these reasons and the good value for money we made our purchase there and then

The assistant Emma was excellent from start to finish, she was patient and give us time to consider all options. Emma assisted us in making our are decision without being pushy or over bearing. We usually shop around for the best deals however we felt extremely happy with the deal and information that was provided from Emma to move forward with the purchase straight away.

We were looked after extremely well, and the knowledge of the sales assistant was top class.Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in detail over and over again.The assistant was also very accommodating towards our children as well. We felt very welcome and was treated exceptionally well.We never felt under pressure at all and we were given our own time and space to make any decisions. HIGHLY recommended you to family and friends.

Becky was very helpful indeed. She didn't push us at all, but helped us to navigate all the various options, making suggestions and offering extra information when appropriate. When we were having a little conversation on our preferences, she discretely gave us the space to have our discussion privately, but returned to us as soon as we had finished. Her approach and attitude meant that even when we got a lower quote for virtually the same products at another shop, we returned to make the purchase with her, and she was able to price match the most expensive item. Altogether, she made buying from Dreams the obvious and best choice for our needs.
