The service I received from Emma was exellent .this was my first visit to a dreams store. It would be my first stop next time. I felt valued as a customer and was put at ease by Emma's excellent customer service. A credit to your company.

Very good customer service and look and feel of products. Only downside were delivery costs were "hidden" until we paid for item; also Dreams wasn't the cheapest option out there but we bought it because of the availability in the store we visited.

staff judged their interaction with us really well - asked if we were OK, left us to it until we'd made our choice then came back to finalise the sale. Staff were pleasant, professional and welcoming as well as being friendly and showing a good sense of humour, particularly Emma and Becky

Warm friendly greeting on arrival in store.Free to look around the store with no one hot on your tail looking for a sale. Friendly and knowledgeable advice from sales assistant once we had chosen our mattresses.Quick ordering process with everything explained to us.Excellent value for money.

When entering the store there appeared to be quite a lot of staff which was a little off putting. We made it clear we were only looking and it was nice that the staff honoured out wishes. Emma, our sales assistant respected us and simply said the mattresses we were looking at were similar and asked what we were looking for, we said and she pointed us in exactly the right direction. She wasn't pushy, she used very good emotional intelligence to understand our needs and how we wanted to be dealt with. We ended up getting our perfect mattress and we can't wit for it to be delivered. We got our tempura pillows that day and we are in heaven so I think it will be a struggle to get us out if bed when out tempur mattress arrives this week!
