Once I decided on the item the payment, delivery details were completed promptly and every thing was explained to me clearly. I now look forward to the delivery of my purchase

We were extremely pleased with the service as Graeme was very very helpful and as in some stores you feel like you are being pressurised into buying and he definitely did not make us feel like that, he new exactly what he was talking about which gave us confidence in the produce that we were purchasing.

The young sales assistant was delightful and he had a great product knowledge. He was not too pushy and gave me time to browse. The manager was also delightful, not too pushy and offered me a good deal when I asked about the price. I was particularly impressed at how the manager interacted with his staff - they were harmonious. What a great team you have at Chester Greayhound Park! Although you are more expensive than the internet I value the customer service provided and I will defiantly return to the store. This is already the second bed I have bought from you.

Our assistant, Becky was knowledgeable, helpful and yet not at all pushy. She answered our questions and then gave us time to discuss and decide.

We were served by Emma who was excellent. Emma spent time with us but also allowed is time to discuss alone. Very knowledgable and happy to answer any queries.

I was received cordially by Becky at the Chester store. I knew the product code and Becky took me straight to the bed. I explained that my son is clumsy and would possibly break the divan drawers; Becky explained that I could insure the drawers for an additional £19 which sealed the deal really. Becky was polite, knowledgeable and customer friendly on a rainy miserable day, very cheery!
