Bought the bed of my dreams!

The options were well explained in a non presurised way. Ways to get best value for money were explained.

Firstly I was shopping for full bedroom furniture with my 10 month old and my 10 year old, upon walking into the store I was able to walk around with out any customer service staff jumping on my back, the lovely ladies just gave me a polite and friendly welcome and gave me space and time to look around, when the sales assistant came over her approach was friendly and not pushy. We had a chat about the offers available and because of the great service and great price I placed my order. Well done dreams

I was dealt with quickly and courteously with all my questions answered promptly to my satisfaction.

On entering the store we were met by the manager who was extremely friendly, and as we had travelled quite a long way, his offer of a coffee was most welcome. The use of the toilet facilities were made known to us, which was also welcome! The explanations given to us concerning the products was informative but easy to understand. All in all a very enjoyable visit.

On arrival we had a warm welcome and the colleague showed us to the product which we asked to see, she was very friendly and had good product knowledge, nothing was to much trouble. We also received discount to meet our needs. We will return

Firstly we were welcomed by a gentleman called Grahame who explained the colour coding of the beds and the difference between sprung beds and pocket sprung. He made us a hot drink while we looked around. We then saw Jenna. We showed her the beds we liked and she explained the differences. We discussed the different bases and storage options and also looked at head boards. We only intended to buy a mattress with a view to buying a divan Base if the deals were really good as we have a bed frame already. Jenna explained the sale and the prices and we picked up a headboard too. She was great and really knew her stuff. She managed to sell us more yet we didn't feel pressured

We were greeted by Emma as we entered the store, we explained that we were unsure of the type of matress that we required but explained to her the back issues that we suffer from. She took her time to explain the differences in mattresses available and then we tried them. With the information that she gave us we were able to choose the correct one for our needs. Emma did not push us to make a hurried decision and even made us a drink while we talked about it. She also offered us additional products which we did not know were available. The whole experience was friendly and informative and working in the retail business myself and understanding the whole customer experience thing I am very pleased to say that Emma's customer service skills are exceptional and I would have her on my team in a heartbeat. Outstanding customers service, product knowledge and tea making. Very well done.
