Products were clearly labelled and easy to find. The store assistant was quick to ask if we needed assistance and was then very helpful finding the best products for us.

We were greeted by Emma who was very friendly but not pushy. She made us feel welcome and able to look around, but was available to advise us and was very knowledgeable. She genuinely wanted to help us find the right mattress and gave us the right advice to help us make an formed purchase.

The help given by Emma the assistant who helped us was fantastic. She was not too pushy but was available for any questions we had The choice was also very good and we could purchase all we needed in one stop

Emma, the assistant with whom we dealt throughout our visit, did not pounce on us as soon as we entered the store, but waited until she could see that we were seriously interested in making a purchase. She approached us courteously to see if we needed some help. We had a very helpful discussion concerning our particular need and then she stepped back to let us continue to browse, letting us know that she would be close by if we needed further assistance. We firmed up on our decission and were very pleased to return to her to make our purchase. Emma and her young assistant very kindly offered us a cup of tea before finalising the details of the purchase. She was ,as I expected, as proficient and helpful at the sales stage as she had been during the whole of our visit. It was a pleasure to deal with her (and her young assistant)

Becky welcomed us warmly and offered us a drink, she left us space to browse, and returned with all the information we required. Throughout the visit becky was always on hand to provide information and we never felt pressured into a sale. In fact we felt that becky was able to stand back when we needed to talk about the purchase as a couple and step forward when we made a decision. The transaction was smooth and easy, it was only then that becky told us she was new, she was supported with the computer/ordering by another lady, who was equally happy to help and friendly. After having spend the morning looking around other stores and feeling pressured and subjected to pushy sales people it was refreshing to come to this store and be so well welcomed and at ease. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

The helpfulness and honesty from the sales girl was a real change from the normal sales pitch. We had as much help as we needed without been pressurised into buying. All in all a very satisfying experience.
