The staff member Vinny was very knowledgeable and helpful with our order, very welcoming and offered us a coffee whilst we browsed in the shop

When entering the store we werent pounced upon straight away. We were given time to browse then we were approached by Graeme. Who then explained our options once we told him what we were looking for. He offered us tea or coffee while we were trying beds out. He didnt stick to us like glue he let us go at our own pace. Once we decided on what we liked we went through the delivery and insurance cost. everything was explained fully. He seemed to generally care about us as a couple as it was the first time we ever purchased a bed. Thumbs up dreams!

Perfect customer service - Vincent was extremely helpful, made us feel really relaxed and gave lots of advice, with no heavy sell whatsoever. We only popped in to have a look but came away overjoyed, very excited and eagerly awaiting delivery of our new bed. Absolutely everything about the service from information to completing the finance options was outstanding. Well done Dreams - exceptional, service and hospitality. Thankyou.

Friendly, pleasing help good range of products in a wide price band

we have bought beds before at dreams, but of course not for several years, products change so as we wanted a fitted sheet for our bed, we also had a try of the new beds in the store, and a store assistant asked if he could help, and went on to explain about the new products and make up of the beds. we found this interesting and helpful, and will be back when required.

We have been shopping for bedroom furniture for a while,went to a rival (bfb) and were not happy customers we were given a value of over 2700 for a double bed high sleeper and 3 furniture items which didnt include assembly which would cost of up to 100 per item extra to come into dreams and have a much happier experience we were not jumped on as soon as we walked in which is a plus because it feels right if you want something you will ask.the sales lady was easier to talk to and we didn't feel pressured into buying something we didn't want. Very good customer service and a plus my husband and I have managed to kit out our family for 1000 less with assembly included, so we have decided to treat ourselves to a family holiday with thanks to you 11/10

We were highly delighted with the way Becky assisted us in every way. She did not push us at any time and answered any questions we had with ease and professionalism.

Product knowledge and friendliness of both Becky and Graeme who served us was great, adding to a good experience when mattress buying - a minefield of choice, but their input was invaluable and we didn't feel pressured at all.
