Friendly helpful advice, didn't feel any sales pressure

we have spent the past couple of weeks visiting as many bed stores as possible, so we could make an informed decision not a rash one, on buying a new bed. having had several beds in the past few years which really did not suit, we found that the experience and friendliness of the staff at your Chester store (Emma and Graeme), as well as there knowledge of beds to suit there customers, greatly helped in our purchase on the day. we would like to thank Emma for what has probably been the best experience in buying a bed. she is informative/ understanding and nice. will be buying from you again in, hopefully, in eight years time. best regards Mr +Mrs Williams

Having bought 5 beds in the past 6 years that proved not suitable. my wife and i decided to look around our local stores and look online. Having visited dreams store in chester several times we found the bed best suited to us by the advice given from the stores representatives. (Anne and graeme need special mention). The whole experience was a good one. Highly recommend..

Emma was very friendly and extremely helpful as we came to the store not really knowing exactly what was best for us. She explained all the different options and steered us in the most appropriate direction for our needs.

Salesman was knowledgeable , friendly and not too pushy. allowed us time to look and offered assistance when required.

Becky was helpful and professional without being pushy.

The bed purchased was exactly what I was looking for, excellent value for money and overall a great product.

Emma helped us from walking through the door right through to ordering our mattress. She was very informative as it is a long time since we bought our last mattress. She gave us lots of time and space whilst we wondered around the Chester store but was there as soon as we had any questions.

I was not "pounced" upon as soon as I entered the store but allowed to browse before Emma approached me. Her attitude and attention was perfect. She showed understanding of my needs and had the ability to speak with me in an easy and friendly manner. The entire process was quick (which I wanted!) but I felt that I could have stayed much longer if I had needed to without causing an inconvenience. Perfect Customer Service from Emma.
