Good customer service comfy beds !

Manager Graeme welcomed me yesterday and could point me immediately to the product I was after. I went away to think about it. Sales assistant today, becky was efficient and friendly, and pointed out offers. She was careful in explaining everything to me; if I've missed something it would be my fault not hers! I'm pleased with my purchase and look forward to delivery.

Reasonable price compared to other stores in Chester. Wide range of beds available at the price I wanted to pay.

Welcome with a smile when entering the store.Explained about colours in store and were I would find them for my requirements. Not made to feel pushed into buying just very very helpful and answered all my questions .lovely staff .Will go again .This time to buy summer bedding once we see spring and sunshine.It was a pleasure to of shopped in one of your stores.

After discussing my needs with graham he showed me different options open to me when I decided on my choice he proceeded with the order and answered any questions re the product and order procedure to my satisfaction thanks

We passed the Dreams store, when looking to purchase a single bed for our spare bedroom. We were so pleased that we called in. Emma provided excellent customer service. She immediately greeted us, as we entered the store. Emma was very friendly & helpful, without being at all pushy, as can happen in some stores. All our needs were met very pleasantly & efficiently. We were very happy with our shopping experience at Dream & are confident that the bed & mattress will meet our high expectations. We will definitely recommend Dream to friends & family.

I was highly impressed by the performance of the advisor Emma at the Chester store.

Upon entering the store I was politely asked if I needed assistance. The staff member (Vinney) was knowledgeable on the products sold in the store and was immediately able to identify an item I had viewed on line and wished to see. He brought an image up on the computer screen so that we could be sure we were talking of the same item. He took me to the particular item and we then had an in-depth discussion on the appropriate mattress. I was highly impressed with his attentiveness (without being pushy!) and his knowledge of products that made my experience in the store much better. The transaction was put through smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Vinny!!
