Served by a lovely, friendly girl called Becky. She has only been working the the store 2 1/2 months but was very knowledgable about all of the mattresses and products in store. She was kind, polite, patient and honest when asked about delivery estimates and any discount she could give! 😉 We had our 10 month old baby boy Charlie with us and she engaged with him, chatted away to him and gave him a "toy" to play with when he got bored during the paperwork process (the toy being a piece of office stationery!) Becky was great and although she was a little nervous at times and perhaps a little script ready...we were chuffed with her customer service and she is a credit to your team! 😃

Emma was very friendly and helpful. Just as we entered the shop doors, she came up to us with a great big smile, ready to assist us. She helped us find exactly what we needed. She was very helpful and knew all her mattresses and pillows. She even responded to all our 7 year old's questions and stories with great enthusiasm. And when we lost our youngest son's dummy Emma helped us looking for it, and she was the one who found it! Instead of letting us rummage through piles and piles of bedding she got us all the right size bedding we needed for our new comfy bed. We are very excited about our new purchases, all thanks to Emma!

The assistant was very knowledgeable on the bed type we required, after demonstrating all the beds that suited our needs/requirements. She was very pleasant and friendly to talk to, to the point that we left the store initially to think about our opinions and we returned knowing we would get the bed we wanted and the right information we required and the price we had in mind.

Excellent on all levels but especially Emma who was very knowledgeable, helpful but put us under no pressure she was very professional, efficient and pleasant.
