Dreams - Chester

It took us about 3 weeks and as many visits to decide which mattress we wanted, we also visited another shop. \but we kept returning and the shop had been recommended to us. visited Each time we was looked after by Graeme. He made us feel welcome and relaxed, making us a coffee each time, he gave us plenty of advise when we asked, he wasn't pushy which is waht we liked, but was there to help us when we needed it. We went to buy a mattress ans finished up buying mattress, 2 pillows, a mattress protector and a quilt. We would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a bed/mattress and would like to thanks Graeme for his support and help

Efficent. Knowledgable. Pleasant. Gave us time to look around but advise and assistance when needed. When the item was not available at the right time for us she spent time looking and explaining alternatives. Went through all the items and anwsered our questions.

I walked into dreans then I was approached by a salesman is name was Vinny. He was very friendly and asked us that we looking for. We said a mattress. We picked the mattress we wanted. I would recommend a friend and family

Excellent customer service and pushy, easy choice of items unlike some other bed stores. Very happy overall

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our visit. They were not pushy and made themselves available at our convenience not theirs. They gave us time to decide and did not rush us. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We had shopped around but nothing compared to Dreams.

The attentiveness of the salesman (Graeme) and his willingness/ability to understand and address our needs without pressurising us was appreciated.

When we walked in we were greeted by James in a friendly manner, then left alone to browse in our own time. We had our 2 young children with us who were "being children" climbing on beds etc trying them out but not once were they told off, etc..
