I needed a single matress that day tobtake away and Dreams were the only store I could find that had matresses to take away conveniently already rolled to go, fanrastic!

DID,NT FEEL PRESSURED IN ANY WAY. WE WERE ABLE TO BROUSE WITH EASE .TRY OUT THE BEDS . WE WERE GIVEN VERY GOOD ADVISE.GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY .WE GOT THE TEMPER PILLOWS AND FITTED SHEETS ,PILLOW CASES . VERY PLEASED

Very friendly, no pushy sales, left us alone to make decisions, but was very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. Plenty of options to look at, but narrowed down decisions easily.

I am filling in this survey on behalf of my mother-in-law and she had a very good shopping experience. Graeme was most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even made us a cup of tea and left mum to take her time trying the different mattresses out. He then went through all the different options of bed bases, drawers and headboards. Mum left saying that she has never had such great customer service.

Our Service assistant, Rebecca was very thorough, pleasantly friendly and a credit to the Chester store on the Greyhound Park.

Emma greeted us with a smile & a friendly hello, leaving us to browse first but was close at hand for any questions to be answered. Any thing we weren't sure she explained very easily to understand with her knowledge & experience which we found very helpful in making our decision. The other members of staff were very pleasant, we were offered a cuppa which we accepted & very nice it was too.

The man helping me, Vinny... he was very friendly, he explained everything I needed to know, he was patient with me because I'm not the easiest guy to be patient with... i hardly ever know what i want... but he helped me chose what was best for me and all options available for me should i be unhappy with my purchase... the store itself was very easy to navigate and the colour coded scheme was refreshingly helpful
