Knowledgeable staff,very professional and helpful

The assistant who served us was Emma. She was so very helpful, didn’t worry about how long we took to decide and then when we changed our mind yet again it was absolutely no bother to her! Such a lovely lady! When I have more money I shall go back to her next month and order another bed!

Emma in the Chester showroom was fantastic. We had our three month old daughter with us and Emma ensured we were still able to get the full experience of sleep analysis by watching our daughter (socially distanced) She explained all the details of the sleep analysis and methodically worked through the list, tailoring it to our feedback at each stage. When I returned to order the bed three days later she remembered me and the bed we had looked at, and I ended up upgrading to the next mattress up! Delighted with the service, Emma was fantastic.

The service in store was great. I have not had my order yet but I’m pleased with my purchase.

Graham was a lovely salesman- not at all pushy, just helped us understand the differences in mattresses, tailored our choices to our needs and helped us choose a product we are very happy with

My partner and I were both highly satisfied with our overall experience. The gentleman who served us, took our needs into account and allowed us to try each mattress in order for us to choose the one right for us. We will definitely return in the future for our future beds.
