We went to the store to view mattresses. Vinny, was so good at giving us the information we required that we decided to buy the products that met our needs. The good thing was we were not pressurised and were given the time to look around and test various mattresses until we decided which ones to buy.

Nice customer service and friendly atmosphere, enjoyed cup of coffee and Vinny took time to show us around huge selection on beds overall felt comfortable trying out the beds

From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and helpful, sales assistant Vinny assisted us with our purchase, he was very helpful and patient as it took us a while to decide, he allowed us time to have a look and try different mattresses and did not 'push' us into a purchase. His knowledge on the products was excellent and we were very confident that the advice he was giving us was correct. We would definitely recommend dreams to family and friends.

The salesman (Vinny) was extremely informative and had excellent product knowledge. When we entered the store we had a vague idea of what we wanted in terms of product and price, Vinny explained in great detail the various differences in the ranges of mattresses. We were made to feel very welcome into the store and asked if we would like a drink whilst browsing and making a decision. We had our young daughter with us also and the staff were very good and patient with her. We were very happy with the products we chose and as we chose to pay using the 0% finance the monthly repayments are affordable. We are very much looking forward to receiving our new bed and mattress.

Excellent service from James and the rest of the team. Nothing was too much trouble. They even put the Tv on for the children and let them sit a a bed and watch it which made our shopping experience much less stressful!

Everything was explained to me in a clear and easy to understand way. All the items I wanted to purchase were available and I got a delivery date that really suited me. I was made to feel at ease in the store and a valued customer.
