Vinny who served was respectful of our space and was not pushing for a sale, but was helpful and available for any questions when we needed him. A non-intrusive or forceful sale and not bothered by our two year old son running round trying beds as realized the bed was for him.

The staff were very knowledgable and helpful and the service was quick and efficient.

Graham (store manager) was friendly, forthcoming with sales technique that (refreshingly) doesn't sound like your stereotypical salesman! Most helpful!

The Sales assistant was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and explained the colour coding of the matresses. We were offered coffees and were given just the right amount of attention. Not too much - left to our own devices for some of the time to try out the various matresses but enough to feel that we had our queries answered. There was absolutely no pressure and we were made to feel very welcome.

The service we received was at the highest quality, and we managed to get everything we went into the store for.

Staff were amenable without being overbearing. Products with easy to understand specs. We were in and out with our product bought within 30 minutes

Graeme gave direction in terms of where the appropriate products were to meet our needs and then gave us space to consider, there was no pressure and he clearly understood our requirements.
