Assistant came straight over, showed us what we had asked about, answered all our questions, gave us time to think and was pleasant and courteous throughout.

I found the customer service to be informed, friendly and very helpful, I knew I wanted to leave the store having purchased a mattress, it was just a question of which one and the customer service I received helped me make that decision.

from first entering store we had all the assistance we needed ,Emma was very knowligeable & nothing was to much trouble, we did purchase a headboard a couple of months ago I think it was Emma then she was equally helpful . we would definatley shop there again . The only grudge is we think the delivery charge is steep.

We were pleasantly greeted on entering the store and general advice was given together with the offer of a beverage. We were then allowed to wander about at our leisure without any pressure. We returned several times to the sales assistants for advice which was readily given.
