Because we were able to quickly find what we were looking for with the help of a member of staff. She identified what we were seeking and showed us the relevant products and gave us the information we needed. She also offered and provided refreshments. She encouraged us to spend time trying the different mattresses out and put us under no pressure at all to buy. When we decided what we wanted she was very efficient and helpful in getting our order placed. Overall an excellent shopping experience.

The choice of products was wonderful and the customer service we received off a lovely young girl called Rebecca was outstanding, she was extremely helpful without being pushy and her knowledge of ALL products in store was outstanding, she is one of the reasons we choose dreams for our purchase and would definitely recommend to family and friends and purchase from that particular store again. I also have to mention the young man who works there (sorry, don't know name!) He also was helpful without being interfering. I can honestly say that both my husband and I could not find a fault with both the store or the staff.

The sales lady was very friendly without being pushy, natural, no 'patter'. The colour coded mattress system was clear and easy to understand. The sales lady identify our needs quickly and directed us to the 'best fit' mattress range. We were assured that we didn't need to shop around due to the price check system. It was a calm and relaxed atmosphere, we didn't feel under pressure to purchase. Had a lovely cup of tea whilst we were processing the payment :)

Graeme was very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. Very attentive & didn't rush us into a decision. Offered to make some enquiries on our behalf regarding non standard requirements.
