Greeted as we went in. Given assistance and advice, but left to try out the mattresses without pressure which is what we wanted. When we did want assistance then it was quickly forthcoming. Friendly, helpful service. Also open to negotiation on the final price considering we spent a considerable amount! Satisfied with final price.

Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable without us feeling bullied or pressured,offering us a cup of coffee which helped us to feel relaxed and unhurried..

Emma was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent time with us showing us the full range of products and helped us find our bed of choice, based upon an informed decision.

My Husband is disabled and walks with crutches when we went into the shop a lady called Emma greeted us saying Hello she then asked if she could help us in anyway we explained we where looking for a high bed that my husband could get up and down from as easy as possible,Emma showed us a good selection she answered all the questions we asked her easily.She was a very nice person.

The products I purchased were at a great price and there was a very wide range to choose from the sales assistant vinny listend to my needs and advised me on what mattress would be best for my requirements and talked me though each one by one and did not pressure rise me and was very polite and helpful

Everything we needed was in stock and at great value. Our server was very helpful too.

This is the second time in a month that we visited Dreams, and we were welcomed as almost family, This time we wanted a reasonably cheaper mattress for a spare bed. and the service we got couldn't have been better had we been buying something highly expensive.

Graeme was very helpful and had an extensive knowledge of the product
