No hard sell we could browse with ease, unlike a competitor we had visited first!!

Knowledgeable and friendly assistant, who was helpful but not pushy.

The store was very well laid out and we could find what we were looking for straight away. We were shown other products that were similar and told exactly how to find the details we required to narrow down the choices available. We were then offered a tea or coffee or even a hot chocolate for our daughter. The bed we chose was made and looked very pleasant and with discussion with sales assistant our daughter was able to get an idea of how to store other items underneath it. Everything was explained fully & questions answered and was a very pleasant experience.

This is our second visit. The first experience was sufficient to convince us to return for another bed this time for the spare room.

We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams due to the assistance and friendliness of the staff. Our questions were answered and we were shown a range of products of different quality and price. There was no pressure to purchase and we felt the who experience went like a dream!

The store manager Graeame was fantastic and very helpful. He gave us all the information we needed as well as time to consider the options. He was good humored, helpful and easy going.

we visited the store to see and test some mattresses, thinking it would be the start of a long process. But the assistant, Becky, was very polite and extremely helpful and knowledgable and so helped us to make our mind up there and then, and we made the purchase thanks to her.
