Very efficient, professional salesman. Didn't try to cajole into spending more than absolutely necessary.

My wife has recently had injections in her back to gain relief from back pain. We decided to look for a new mattress and decided to visit the Dreams show room as they were the only company who dealt only with beds. We were assisted by a lady called Rebecca who explained the different levels of firmness in relation to the Tempor mattress. She spent a long time with my wife and I and explained the different options, at no time were we put under any pressure to buy and we were very satisfied with her advice and experience.

Becky was very prompt in seeing to our needs and very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were very satisfied because we turned up at the store at 4:50 on a Sunday with the store only open for another ten minutes but we were welcomed in anyway vinny was very helpful in finding us what we wanted and had good knowledge of the products and was very helpful

We were made very welcome when we entered the store,had l lovey cup of tea and given the right balance of assistance from Vinny who answered all of our questions. All of the staff in the store were really friendly and helpful. Im not sure if we have ever bought from Dreams before but we would certainly go back for future beds.

Emma, the member of staff that assisted us throughout our visit was friendly and polite. She showed good product knowledge and was able to show us just a selection of mattresses that fitted our requirements. Very importantly she made herself available with following us around the store or making us fee uncomfortable in any way. This is not the case with all furniture stores that we visited the same day.

Rebecca was knowledgeable about the product and very pleasant. She was readily available to answer our questions and the transaction was carried out efficiently. Excellent.
