I was greeted on the way in by a friendly face who has assisted me on a previous visit. She was delightful, helpful and even offered me a cup of tea as I had been on my feet all day. Couldn't be happier.

The assistant was helpful, welcoming and unintrusive. He was available when we asked and gave us options to look at. He was knowledgable about the products and explained our options re purchase.

the assistant was very helpful and knew everything about the products. I was offered a drink if I wanted one and it felt very friendly. I tried many different mattresses and settled on the one that was most comfortable. I would use the store again.

We didn't have any knowledge about mattresses and we were given a lot of clear information about our options. The store manager also attended to our children to allow us enough time to trial the different mattresses. He was friendly and did not pressurise us. Overall we felt that he knew a lot about the different products and we were making an informed decision.
