Then large selection of beds was daunting, but with salesman's (Graham) knowledge i was directed to suitable bed that fit my requirements. The whole experience took less than an hour in store.

We visited the store to buy our first bed and we were highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff member and how helpful she was. Her name was Emma at the Chester store and she explained everything to us and listened to our needs. She spent time going over everything with us and made sure that we had everything we needed.
