Very helpfull and friendly staff, willing to make sure you find what your looking for

The level of service was exceptional. I visited the store with my 95 year old mum. We were interested in purchasing a new adjustable bed for her. The member of staff was kindly and listened to my mother's needs. He offered to make us a cup of coffee which we both enjoyed as we discussed which choice of bed option we should purchase. He took his time to explain and answer all our questions and checked that we were happy with the order and delivery service. I have not encountered this level of kindness and service anywhere. Iam positive this had a bearing on choosing to buy from Dreams .

We were seen to immediately upon arrival and directed towards the items we wanted to look at. Jenna the sales woman then allowed us adequate time to ourselves to have a look. As soon as we had decided on the product we wanted there was a kind friendly member of staff available to process our order. The order was processed quickly and efficiently buy kind professional staff that listened to our requirements and provided an agreement that for them perfectly. The two members of staff we felt with were Jenna and Graham, both were great.

Friendly comfortable experience, no pressure

Due to my Husband being disabled we could no get up the stairs, the staff went beyond to help by bringing a mattress down so my husband could try it.

I like the fact that we can try the Matresses for 40 nights and return for exchange if we don't like it. Also the fact we could have interest free finance.

I am a disabled 76 year old. There is no lift in the store and I was unable to negotiate the stairs. My wife went upstairs, found a mattress she liked and the assistance brought it down for me to try.

From the minute we walked througj the door the customer service was great.great knowledge of beds and mothing was too much trouble.

We were able to browse at our leisure without pressure however assistance when needed was readily available. the assistant was very helpful in suggestions made
