We had spent quite a bit of time in the store and Binney had been very helpful. Afterwards I went to another shop to see how they compared. I was disappointed to find out that they would give a better deal on the mattress and cushioned than dreams. So I went back to inform Vinny as I felt it was only fair to let him know. After telling him the store offered me a better deal on the items which made us go with dreams instead of Alan Ward. I could of gone back to Alan ward but felt that the service received in your store satisfied me and my husband quite a bit so we didn't bother. The store also offered drinks, a rest break and cushions to walk around with to try out the beds. We also have been told that the mattress will arrived on Friday which made a quick turn around. Thanks dreams for making hopefully our dreams happen tonight when we use our new cushions. Also help our backs and neck after suffering with neck and back pain from our old mattress and cushions.

Jenna who served us was very patient and gave us good advice and didn't rush us giving us time to test the mattresses. She listened to our feedback and made recommendations accordingly. It was very relaxed and an enjoyable shopping experience. Jenna was very polite, friendly and professional and had excellent communication skills explaining the products.

We were served by a chap called Vinny, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We went into a competitors store where the item was cheaper but due to Vinny being very friendly we felt we owed it to him to return into dreams and tell him the other store was able to give us a better price. He was then able to beat the price and with that I then made further purchases on Beding. I will definitely return to purchase a TV bed in the very near future.

I came to the store with an idea of what type of mattress I needed, but they did not have the exact one as It was an older one. Graeme talked me through the silent night products that would fit my needs. Myself and my partner tested a few mattress' before deciding on one that we liked. Overall the staff were friendly and Graeme has an awesome sense of humour. We walked away with the confidence that our new purchase would fit our needs. Staff greeted without bombarding with information. Pointed in the right direction for our needs, so no time wasted browsing unnecessary products. Emma was around without shadowing or overwhelming us. We were even offered a drink! Never felt rushed, was able to spend the time we needed trying products. Shop floor was neat, well laid out. Products were clearly labeled, priced&explained on signs. Company must care about quality of products, shop floor&staff training. Was a refreshing experience when household shopping can be stressful. Even felt cared about during & after payment process! Left store smiling, happy with our purchase, looking forward to receiving our delivery too! Even take old mattress away, hassle free experience! Couldn't thank Emma, our server, enough!
