Efficient service, friendly salesman, good range of products.

We were treated with professional friendliness, offered refreshment on a sticky day. Gave us lots of useful information offered choices re colour of headboards. It was made an enjoyable and pleasant experience by the staff who dealt with us at the Chester store and would recommend the store to family and friends.

We were met by a friendly face with no pressure applied. A nice cup of tea was supplied and all questions answered. The professionalism knowledge and politeness of the member of staff were excellent.

Jenna was such a pleasure to deal with. She did everything possible to make it an excellent experience buying our new bed. We also had our 4 year old son with us and the staff were so lovely occupying him while we made our purchase. Overall I couldn't fault the service given in this store. Very happy.

Wasn't pressured. Assistant walked away so my husband and I could talk and make our own decision. Answered all the questions we asked and seemed knowledgeable in all the mattresses. We're given a hot drink.

From the minute we walked in to the store we were given excellent service. the products were fully explained and demonstrated. we offered tea/coffee. The finance was explained well and clearly. the assistant helped carry the goods to the car. Could not have been better

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Dreams because of the friendly staff member who assisted us throughout the whole time I was in the store. From the minute we walked in the gentleman was very helpful and friendly, he provided us with good product knowledge, let us take our time to test out all of the beds and even gave us pillows to suit us which we ended up buying in the end. He offered us water and gave us plenty of time so we didn't feel rushed. Overall, we were very happy with the service and it was one of the reasons we bought a bed from Dreams.
