Dreams - Chester

We were only looking around to get some information and prices and had already said that we wouldn't commit until we had looked around. Well as soon as we started talking to the store manager, Graeme at the Chester branch, we were revising our decision. He explained everything to us very clearly and helped us decided what type of bed we needed. We felt that we did not need to go round any further stores and therefore place our order with him. Excellent salesman, not to pushy , but gave us enough information in order for us to make our minds up. Well done

I found Greame to be very helpful without being at all pushy. He listened to what sort of bed I wanted, and helped me to find them, and then clearly explained the options regarding storage, headboard, types of mattress etc. I am extremely pleased with the bed and mattress which i bought, and look forward to many a happy and very comfortable night in it.

From entering the store we were greeted by Jenny but did not at all feel over whelmed by sales patter. She listened to what we wanted showed us some options and left us to decide what we wanted without any sales pressure. This made us feel comfortable finest and she answered any questions we had.
