Dreams - Chester

The store assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products. We had in mind what we wanted, but when spending so much money we felt apprehensive. The store assistant made us have no doubt we had made the right choice in picking the mattress that's right for us.

We called after work to look for beds for 2 teenagers. We were tired from work and life in general and not really wanting to spent a great deal. Emma asked if we needed help I explained what we were looking for and looking for good value for money. Sometimes staff try to push something on you however by asking only a few questions Emma pointed us in the direction without pressure. We were able to have time to ourselves to think and were extremely relieved to make a purchase so quickly. Thank you Emma.

Graeme who served us was very knowledgeable explained all different type's of beds left us to try out some beds then came back to us excellent customer service.

Staff made themselves readily available to help and explained the colour coding but were not at all pushy. When I made the decision of what to buy I was immediately served

Emma in the Chester branch was very friendly and her customer service was great. She even made us a cup of tea. The staff were very friendly towards our boys as well.

We did not wait long to be helped by the sales assistant. We explained that we'd already looked online so had an idea of what we wanted the assistant was very helpful and ran through everything will us. It was easy and hassle free.

The member of staff who dealt with us , Emma, was very patient and could answer our questions without hesitation she gave us information then left us to discuss what she had told us, although kept at a distance so we could call her she wasnt at all pushy.
