Pleasent & very helpfull ! An asset to the company.

The assistance in the store knew a lot about the products but also gave you the opportunity to look round on your own and he also explained delivery well and the delivery options were very good as you could set a date for it. The colour coding in-store made it easy to find what you were looking for and set a price range.

We were served by Graeme. He was very friendly and helpful. He left us to have a look around first, but offered his assistance if needed. He checked up on us to make sure we were finding what we were looking for. He offered us a drink while we were deciding which wardrobe to buy. He made sure he understood what I was looking for fully. At the end the order was confirmed and double checked for everything. Good service!

Found a bed very quick with the help of the sore manager who had great knowledge.

The store assistant was available from when we first entered right through to leaving the store with a finance agreement in place. She had great product knowledge and answered all our questions leaving us in no doubt we had selected the right product for us. We got to try out several products and were given great technical advice about the lifespan and how to use the mattress. The finance option was perfect for what we needed and we had every step explained very clearly. 10/10
