The member of staff was so helpful and with plenty of knowledge about the beds and understanding my needs. Also very helpful with mu little girl that was getting bored very quickly

We went in searching for a new mattress and base, i have arthritis in my lower back and was in so much pain today, jenna took this into consideration and found us the perfect mattress in less then 20mins!! The staff were amazing in there, made us feel totally at ease and didn't pressure us into anything!! Highly recommend everyone i know who needs a new bed to go here!!

We went into the Chester store to ask about buying a double divan and headboard as we were unsure about how you bought them and whether they would fit through our single flat door. Becky was really helpful, she came over as she saw we were going to ask for her help in explaining buying the divan and then choosing the headboard. She was not at all pushy and really friendly and straightforward. She helped us decide nice and easily which divan was right and then let us see the headboard image in the fabric we were looking at with the style headboard we wanted. She then sat us down and made sure we were happy with our choices, which we were, then kindly talked us through the cover options and terms and conditions. It was so easy and Becky's help made bed-shopping lovely (which isn't the other-halfs favourites afternoon activity and even he admitted it was a lot easier with great customer service). Thank you Becky.

I visited the Chester store with my husband and 2 young children. On entering the store we were greeted by Emma, who was polite but not pushy. She asked us if we knew what we were looking for and when we told her she shared with us the colour coding system used in store by way of pillows and protectors. We found this a very useful way of quickly identifying a smaller pool of beds to chose from, as it's a bit daunting at first, when you see them all. After narrowing it down to a couple Emma encouraged us to lie down and take our time choosing. She noticed that our children were a bit bored, so asked if they would like to watch cartoons on the TV bed so that we could continue shopping without worrying what they were up to. We left the store and went to look at a few other shops but returned (the others were far more expensive and staff not helpful). When I came back Emma told me about the 40 nights sleep guarantee which put my mind at ease about whether I was choosing the right mattress. When purchasing Emma explained everything really well, and was very patient with me when I changed my mind several times during the transaction. Great colleague, engaging, friendly & knowledgeable.

Graeme was professional, knowledgeable and approachable which made the process stress free. I was given as much time as I wanted to make my decision once I had been given all the information I needed.

The store manager was so helpful, explaining how a mattress functions, in terms of comfort. We were attended to without feeling pressurised.

Our needs were met efficiently by Graeme. He went through all our options in a manner that was like he was a friend not just a salesman.
