John who served is was very efficient and helpful

We found a lovely ottoman bed on a brilliant offer and a good mattress to go with it. The staff at Dreams were very welcoming, left us to browse initially and helped when needed with suggestions and recommendations and even made us cups of tea.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and attitude of Emma the representative. She was pleasant, very helpful, didnt push or pester when we walked in, she provided assistance and help when needed, we were not aware of the large viewing online screen and that was extremely helpful. When my mum was choking she was offered a glass of water by one of Emma's male colleagues which was extremely thoughtful. We could have purchased our product at a competitor's store but we wanted to return to Dreams, due to the service received. Thank you.

The sales assistant had a thorough knowledge of the product and helped us to tailor our choice of product to our needs. There was no pressure to buy and we were given time to consider whether to proceed with the purchase.

Emma , the assistant was friendly, helpful and very well informed. We did not feel that we were pressurised in any way and we were given plenty of time to decide which of the many products that were on offer, we wanted to purchase.

The customer service at this Dreams was excellent. Becky, the Dreams Colleague, took the time to explain all the different products. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

We were very pleased with Emma the assistant who served us . She was very helpful and knowledgeable , and not at all pushy .

Both John and rebecca couldnt have been more helpful and john especially was extremely helpfull going the extra mile which you don't find these days its hard to find someone who has product knowledge
