Michelle our sales person was very attentive but also gave us time on our own to discuss our preferences. Thankfully her patience and good advice helped us enormously.

The member of the sales team who assisted us was fantastic. Very friendly and informative.

Our experience at the Chester Greyhound Retail Park store was great. Emma was very helpful when we explained what mattress we were after and she let us try out as many as we wanted. Once we had chosen the mattress, she also recommended some pillows and explained in detail why she did so. A great shopping experience and can't wait to get the next mattress!

Staff were polite and only made an approach when requested.

Well I would like to start with thanking Michelle, who from the moment she saw us waiting was there for us. She explained she was with a customer and would be with us asap, which she was.She listened to what we wanted and showed us relevant beds. Michelle made us a drink while we were filling out the paper work and really could not of been more helpful and friendly, she kept an eye on the store without ignoring us, and when she spotted some one waiting politely asked if she could just quickly check on them. Michelle was not pushy, or over bearing she was friendly and helpful through out. When she had a query she quickly checked with John the manager, who also was very polite and very helpful, would I recommend this store. Yes definitely there are not many stores that you can go to and not feel ripped off especially when spending so much money. Sorry it has taken so long to leave feedback I've been having internet problems.

Dreams gave us the opportunity to have a bed made to order as we needed a particular size.

Both Graeme and Michelle were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was the first store we visited to look at a TV bed and Graeme came over within seconds of us entering the store and offered his assistance. Graeme was very knowledgeable about all the products we asked about and once we had decided he left us in the capable hands of Michelle (who processed our order). Michelle advised us she was reasonably new to the role so she would be asking Graeme to help with certain parts, but if she hadn't have said that we wouldn't have known she was new. Both Graeme and Michelle are a credit to your company. Their customer service was brilliant and made our shopping trip stress free.

We found Emma at the Greyhound Park Chester store very helpful especially with assistance in choosing the right adaptable bed and mattress for me as I am disabled.

Assistance given by Michelle was well-informed, helpful and friendly without feeling intrusive or pressurising. She was happy to research a range of different options and price them up for us so we felt we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She even threw in some complementary pillows. When it came to making the purchase she talked us through the pricing very carefully and explained the guarantee and returns options very thoroughly.

The main assistant, Becky, was very helpful ~ talking us through the range of mattresses in store and helping us to make the most appropriate choice for our needs. Becky also helped us identify a possible next purchase, when we will have moved house ....... very pleased with the service !
