Michelle the sales assistant made us feel very welcome and was reactive and responsive to our needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our needs fully.

We were left to try the beds whilst being alerted to the fact staff were ready and willing to assist should we have any questions. We were not rushed and there was no hard sell. John checked for other suitable options based on our requirements and advised us what was and was not available. The prices were competitive compared with the other retailers on the retail park. Efforts were made to accommodate our preferred delivery date.

Emma the assistant was welcoming but not pushy from the moment we entered the store. We were offered a cup of tea. She explained the types of mattresses in the store and where to look for the type we were after. She also lent us some tempur pillows to try on the matresses. she was clearly very knowledgeable about every product. She had a friendly personality and good sense of humour. We also had a very good rapport with two other members of staff as did Emma

Found the staff in the store all very friendly, John couldn't do enough to help us without being pushy, left us to try various mattresses giving help and advice when needed. All in all a very satisfactory shopping trip.

Emma, the Dreams colleague's lady was really nice, friendly but professional at the same time. She took her time to answer every question I had and she was very knowledgeable. Very pleased with her advise and knowledge!

The store assistant was very helpful and understanding of our needs. As I am 6 months pregnant she gave professional and personal advice in finding my husband and I the best products for our needs.

Michelle looked after us very well, not too fussy or pushy, just the right amount of info as we needed it, after we ordered we had plenty of info related to delivery.

John was very helpful when advising us about our choice of mattresses. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

We came into the store on the Greyhound Park in Chester, we had our three children (7,3 and 1) in tow. Michelle, one of your employees came straight over to us, she was very lovely and polite, she asked us if we would like a drink, did we need any help or anything at all. She was wonderful with our three children for asking them would they like to watch television whilst we looked around. She had excellent knowledge of all the products and was able to help us choose a bed.
