I gave a highly satisfied score due to the excellent assistance from the sales staff in the store who displayed excellent knowledge, great patience and suggested product alternatives having understood our requirements.

The lady who helped was patient, friendly and knowledgeable

While in the store my daughter was a little bit sick, the staff were really helpful with the situation. The members of staff also engaged with my children in a friendly manner which was nice as having visited other bed shops I did at times feel as though the staff saw my children as an inconvenience.

The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was approached by Stephanie at your chester store, no pressure, and no heavy sales, she suggested beds and mattress that would suit my needs and printed off the mattress that I was interested in. When I returned to the shop several weeks later, I was welcomed by a gentlemen and what I really liked was that he didn’t want to step on stephanies sale and he took me back over to her where I purchased my mattress. Stephanie let me try the mattress again to make sure I was comfortable

We visited the Chester store. The store is a little dated and awaiting some replenishments only available online which we bought in the end. We were dealt with by Steph who was nothing short of exceptional. I have worked in Sales for large oil companies for 30 years, I am now responsible for the global training of the sales organisation. I wish it was populated with people like Steph as she carries this store and her sales approach and manner is fantastic. She made the difference and made the whole purchasing experience reliable and trustworthy. From the fitting to the working through the options, plus consideration of things online that she could show us on devices. Exceptional sales professional

I like to browse around a store and don’t like to be jumped on as soon as you arrive, we were left to have a look around and just as we were leaving Steph asked us if we were ok, we explained what we were after, she took us to the perfect bed, explained in great detail but wasn’t pushy in her sales technique, we slept on it and went back to see Steph next day
