We found Becky very helpful with everything we wanted without her being pushy. She explained the things we needed to know, spent a good deal of time with us and used her own experience to help us. We also found exactly what we were looking for in store.

We received amazing help and advice from a lady called Jenna in the Chester branch. Nothing at all was too much trouble for her. She even offered us a hot drink or bottled water. She was patient, friendly and full of knowledge.

Jenna was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was helpful, friendly and efficient. This made the whole experience so much easier.

The whole experience was great

The assistant quickly determined our needs and was confident about the products available. She took time to go through the different ranges on offer and once we had decided on the type of bed, went through the options available. We were given lots of time to try out the beds and offered refreshments.

Michelle was the sales advisor who we found to be very knowledgable but if there was something she wasn't sure about she asked a colleague. She was very patient with us as we hadn't bought a new bed for a number of years and wanted to be sure. We were also pleased that should we not like the mattress we are able to exchange it.(ps being offered a cup of coffee while we were looking around was a nice gesture too)
