Dreams - Chester

Becky was very friendly and helpful, she took time to find out my needs and recommend products for me. I visited with my two small children who the items were for and she was very accomodating towards them.

Good service without the manager being over pushy. It was our first visit to Dreams and will not be our last

Friendly effecient staff

We were warmly greeted on arrival into the store by Graeme who enquired as to whether we were looking for in our visit. He explained the way the beds were laid out and all about mattress types etc and guided us through what to check out and what to avoid ( in our case memory foam mattresses as that's what we currently have and do not want to change like for like). He left us to it but popped back every now and then to see how we were getting on. He also offered us a cup of tea and bottle of water which was a lovely gesture while we wandered around. His knowledge and experience helped us find a bed that suited us.

Friendly sales assistants who were happy to answer any questions but not too pushy. Knowledgable about the products and were able to give good advice, leading to a quick and efficient sale

My husband and I were very pleased with our purchase. Our bed will be delivered this week and I am hopeful we will be just as pleased after delivery. The assistant that helped us decide was Michelle and the advice was excellent. We bought the half ottoman after a demonstration from Michelle and I'm so excited about the extra storage. We only came out for a bicycle pump for my granddaughter s little bike in Halfords next door when we wandered into your store. Do glad we did.
