Peter, the salesperson was highly knowledgeable, he guided us through the various options until we were happy with the choices that we made. Overal I would rate the store and our experience as excellent.

Peter at Chester Dreams was extremely helpful and knowledgable, also very patient with us as we took ages deciding which type of mattress we liked.

The service I received at Chester greyhound from Emma the sales person was fantastic!! As a disabled person buying my first adjustable bed,Emma explained all the options availble to me!! Made me feel very welcome and didn't rush me into buying anything!! Can't wait for my for my new bed to arrive!!

The full range of Tempur mattresses that I was interested in, were set out in an easy way to compare the different types. The assistant was able to explain the differences simply and we were also left alone to try the mattresses for about the right amount of time. The order process was simply and the delivery was also timely and efficient, when the mattress arrived and was installed for me. Thanks Dreams!
