The price was better than any other we found, the assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us space when we needed it, he remembered us when we came back in, the general show room didn't look very classy but the products were good.

Peter, the sales person was excellent

Peter the salesman was very welcoming whilts giving me time to get my bearings. He then explained the different matress options and let me try them. Peter explained how each mattress differed and was able to help me make my choice. Peter processed my order with speed, good humour and a very nice cup of tea. He explained the recycle process, reassuring me of its green value. Finally peter confirmed the delivery date. My whole experience here was effortless and friendly which has confirmed my loyalty to shop here again. Please pass on my thanks again to Peter.

We found the Dreams assistant, Graeme, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He helped us find the right bed for us.

the person who served me called Michelle was outstanding and should be recognized as such, as should all the staff members in this store. I've have visited on three occasions and every time i have visited i have been made to feel valued, the staff understand my needs, their product knowledge was phenomenal, customer service was exemplary i just wish other shops had staff like the one i encountered on Sealand Road, because they made my visit and absolute pleasure, and i would like this feedback to be passed on to them as they deserve it and should be recognized
