very friendly service and great offer with the money off when mattress was bought with bed, peter was very helpful with this. product looks and seems excellent quality and the free assembly service is very helpful, although we have not received our product yet so reserve judgement on actual quality ordering process was speedy and simple and the finance arrangements are very good

Just what we wanted at the right price!

Michelle, the colleague who helped us, made the entire experience lovely. Michelle was friendly, helpful and charming without ever being pushy or making us feel under any pressure. We were given as much time as we wanted to try different mattresses and all our needs were anticipated. We felt free to leave the store and explore other options before returning to make our decision, which was important to how satisfied we felt with the eventual buy because we were able to see it was the best buy for us. Michelle understood how to sell by giving us support and space which my husband and i both valued and her sales approach was a big factor in our decision to buy from Dreams.

The knowledgeable sales assistant made the choosing of the bed easy.

Was looking for a new matress and the one we wanted was £700, the 10 month interest free option was too much for our budget and so rather than having to do 36 month finance with interest the sales assistant (David I believe) spent the time managing to arrange a 20 month interest free option that combined with a deposit meant that the payments were of a level that we were comfortable with. If he had not done this then we would probably have not made the purchase

What a great shopping experience, not the norm these days. The moment we entered the store Michelle greeted us and found what we were looking for. She offered tea, and knowing we were looking for a matress carefully explained the composition of each type, there advantages, comfort levels and cost. We made a choice and Michelle gave us each a Tempur pillow, explaining the the proper pillow was 30% of a comfortable sleep experience. Taking advantage of a selling opportunity. We tested a number of our choice of mattresses and Michelle explained the matress rating. Once we had made our choice the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. We are looking forward to receiving our matress on Thursday ( very quick delivery) and yes we both left with a new Tempur pillow. Great fun we both enjoyed shopping in your store. We will be back

The assistant was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress, we already knew the type of bed we wanted but were unsure about mattresses.

Salesman Graeme extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, clearly knew exactly what I wanted from a minimal description by myself, served me in a timely manner, described all that I needed to know and was an overall trustworthy and honest transparent member of the team which is exactly what customers rely upon before parting with their pennies. Thank you Graeme, your help was much appreciated.
