Dreams - Chester

The shop assistant called Peter at the Chester store was very friendly and helpful and took time to explain the different mattress in the store.

We were most impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable assistant ( Emma). The store was bright and well laid out with all of the products we wished to see readily available.

Speedy accurate service

Peter who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly making recommendations based on our needs. He also made us a nice cuppa! The colour code system on the beds is easy to use and helps make a decision about the bed that suits you best.

Graeme that served us was very helpful and had a good knowledge of what we wanted so advised us well on the products that we bought.

The manager was very helpful and explained the different products. The ease of ordering was good and the delivery/collection options helpful. It was an easy process to choose the mattress.

We initially entered the store for a browse, we had planned to buy a new mattress but wanted to carry out some research first prior to buying. We also thought we would shop around to get best value so we just wanted to see what Dreams had to offer. Upon entering the store (Chester Greyhound retail park) we received a very friendly welcome from staff member Emma Green. She was absolutely brilliant, she seemed very passionate, understood our requirements, took us around the store to show what was on sale, she had a lovely nature to her, very warm and a good sense of humour, so we took to her straight away. She possessed a very good knowledge, was able to competently answer all our questions and we were satisfied which lead to a very quick sale. Although it was very impulsive of us to buy straight away Emmas confidence in the product was extremely reassuring. During the sale process, Emma went through everything in detail, offered us a coffee and was attentive to my 5 month year old baby. She also understood our financial circumstances and was able to take us through the no interest credit agreement. We left the store happy and satisfied.

Michelle was extremely helpful and the mattress that we purchased was good value for money.
