Michelle & Emma went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal in store to-day.i felt i was the only one in the store.thank you both.

Excellent customer service by Peter. Took time with us choosing the right bed and mattress. Took time to show us other beds we were interested in for future purchase. Very polite and nice mannered. Good choice of beds in the showroom and mattresses. Nothing bad to say.

We were not pounced on like in some stores. The staff was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all.

We received good explanations about the various types of mattresses available without feeling under pressure to make a decision. The assistant was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and even provided us with refreshments.

when we walked into the store we were greeted with "Good Morning Welcome to Dreams, Have you come for a lie down?" followed by "How can I help you?". We told Emma we were looking for a mattress only, she then proceeded to explain how the mattresses were graded at Dreams, then said "I will leave you to have a wander and a lie down, I am here if you need me." Emma was on hand the minute we had a question and knew what she was selling, after wandering for awhile we were even offered a coffee, what service! Emma was very friendly, appeared to be happy in her working, she was laughing and joking with us and NOT pushy at all, why cant all sales people be like this?

We were served by Graeme who was very helpful and lead us directly to what we needed and backed off when we needed time to decide. Overall excellent service.

The lady that dealt with our order was friendly and made us feel at ease when we bought beds for my daughter and us.

I found what i was looking for with no problem or fuss and everything was done in no time .

The Sales Assistant, Michelle, was very patient and helpful, taking time to explain the different options.
