The staff were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy

We were served by Graeme in the Chester branch and he asked what we were looking for and directed us straight to suitable products. His knowledge was second to none. We particularly like the idea of being able to carry a pillow around as we tried each bed for comfort. Even after we had made our decisions he allowed us to go back a test them again. All the financial side was explained in clear detail too.

We where met by Michelle she asked us straight away what our needs where. We explained we wanted a new mattress she explained the ones we would like and offered a pillow to try the different ones. She returned and helped us try all of them till we chose the right one. We where offer refreshments and ideas of what we needed. We choose our mattress and pillows and set up credit. All done efficiently and professionally and a quick delivery date. Job done for a good quality mattress .

Peter in the Chester Greyhound Retail Park store was very helpful in choosing the right type of mattress for us based on our requirements and was very knowledgeable.

Michelle had the balance right of being there exactly when we needed her but not being overbearing. She was very professional, knew her stuff and really helped us decide on what we wanted to buy rather than pushing a certain product or the most expensive or any other alternative agenda some sales staff elsewhere have. Very good service indeed from Michelle, can't praise her enough!

emma was a delight to talk to and knew what she was talking about.Made us feel welcome and found out what we wanted and straight away showed it to us then went the extra mile and suggested the mattress protector in case of accidents.
