The service we got was very good. The gentleman that took care of us was very helpful, he explained everything about all the different mattresses an which one would suit us.

While targets, and upsells are very much of our commercial society, to balance this, while not appearing pushy, or hard sell, is not easy. However the staff member who served us achieved a great balance, between offering help, followed by advice, while still leaving us space to consider, lay down and try, and discuss between myself and my wife. We'd already been to Bensons and other stores, this approach is what made us purchase from your store, she rightly deserves credit for this.

The assistant showed us all products in the store that met our needs and wasn't at all pushy. We were able to purchase a bed which was specific to our requirements.

We were approached as soon as we went into the store and then given time upstairs to look around, after that time, Claire asked if she could help and supplied us with the information we required. She checked immediately if the bed was available for a Monday delivery. It was her first day, of work but she was so willing to help. Peter has already shown Paul my partner a mattress which would be ideal for us, and I agreed with the choice. The team were very friendly and it didn't take time to order what we wanted, We came away feeling that this was a professional company.
