Helpful staff member who understood my requirement and took time to show me several mattresses that were suitable for me needs.

I was well looked after but of course I was the only customer when I first went in. This is not the first time that I have bought from Dreams and if I had listened to the salesperson two years ago I would not have chosen the wrong mattress. The fact that I have returned should show my satisfaction.

very friendly staff who made us feel welcome, plenty of products to choose from we were given as much time to make up our minds as we needed. The sales person could answer all our questions about the products at the store.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely salesman who looked after us and was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, really liked the special bed which can tell what bed is suitable for you, we tried all the ones that were suitable for us, happy that we can trial it for 40 nights and if it doesn't suit us we can exchange. Overall excellent service.

Emma, who helped me was really patient with me and explained everything clearly to me, helping me find the perfect mattress for what I needed. She was really friendly and approached me with consideration.

We were warmly welcomed into the store and the Sleep Match machine was brilliant - it saved us so much time and helped us find what was right for us. Stephanie was very friendly and knowledgeable and the mattresses selected by the Sleep Match machine were all great

The sales assaistant was very helpful. The mattress we wanted was not on display but she retrieved it from the store room and placed it on a bed for us to try.
