The assistant, Emma, greeted us at the door and was very helpful. She offered tea or coffee and answered all our questions, and found us the best product for our needs.

Every member of staff were polite and very helpful. We told them our mattress requirements and they pointed us in the right direction. All we need now is a bed.

Peter (the colleague) was an absolute delight to deal with: he listened, advised well and adopted a no-pressure approach. He really listened to our needs, which resulted in a high value purchase. His style contrasted greatly with the very pushy approach which we experienced at competitors' stores.

Our assistant,Emma, was brilliant. She gave me a cup of tea, (I had been sales shopping and had had enough by this time!) and made me feel relaxed! She was knowledgeable about everything and easily convinced me to buy the mattress I wanted. As I preferred the bed base I had seen in John Lewis, she matched the price for the mattress etc and was very helpful about delivery times, giving me the phone number to contact her after buying the bed base to adjust the mattress delivery date. I would rate Emma as excellent in every way.

Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. It was a difficult process as my wife and I had our two children with us but Peter was always helpful and considerate to our needs as were other staff in the store.

The sales assistant, Peter, was very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressurised into making a purchase [unlike some of your competitors!]. He gave us plenty of time to ponder, asking questions that helped him to advise us. It was a very relaxed atmosphere so we didn't panic buy, this was a big purchase for us so the right choices had to be made. He was very, very helpful and we could tell that he knew what he was talking about, not full of BS!
